Our company operates the online language learning platform "RINXsOnline."
It began as a voluntary language learning group called "Japanese Language Classes and Language Exchange Group," launched in 1997.
We have supported the learning of over 70,000 learners from 100 countries.The coronavirus pandemic revealed the limitations of a voluntary organization while underscoring the critical importance of online learning.
Driven by a desire to provide diverse, long-term support for language learners, we decided to incorporate as a company on July 1, 2020.
We aim to be a company that "links" Japan and the world, supporting businesses, local governments, and organizations seeking global connections.
Challenges to be addressed
As globalization advances, the recruitment of foreign talent and Japanese language education tailored to personnel from various countries will become increasingly necessary, along with specialized Japanese terminology and industry-specific language.
Furthermore, long-term initiatives are essential, such as promoting understanding of Japanese culture and lifestyle to encourage foreign talent to settle permanently, and facilitating communication between foreign and Japanese employees through "Easy Japanese."
As more companies hire foreign talent, many businesses likely face challenges in providing Japanese language education for these employees.
Our company offers high-quality, practical, and "real-world" Japanese language education by assigning instructors with professional work experience or expertise in specialized fields like nursing care and construction. We provide comprehensive support ranging from absolute beginners to executive candidates holding JLPT N1 certification.
We also support Japanese language education not only within Japan but also for overseas Japanese companies, educational institutions, and personnel dispatch agencies.
Furthermore, we assist companies seeking to utilize grants/subsidies for such educational activities.
Our company supports not only Japanese language education but also the globalization of businesses. We provide advice on strengthening corporate capabilities by integrating foreign talent with Japanese companies and utilizing foreign personnel,

Furthermore, our company operates a fully remote work environment, with one-third of our staff based overseas. Our instructors, who possess professional work experience or practical expertise in specialized fields like nursing care and construction, provide Japanese language instruction.
We offer comprehensive support ranging from absolute beginners to executive candidates preparing for national certification exams or JLPT N1 level. Furthermore, one-third of our staff are based overseas.

Our company is evolving at the forefront of work-style reform. We offer flexible, "half-step" advanced work styles tailored to individual lifestyles, including fully remote and contract-based arrangements. This approach enables employees to work at their preferred times and continue working even with constraints due to childcare or health reasons. We also prioritize supporting women, helping them balance work and family life. Our goal is to provide an environment where each individual can discover and realize their own unique way of working.
This fiscal year marks our fifth year of operation, with a sales target of 100 million yen. While we are considering a NASDAQ listing within 10 years of founding,
we are also interested in becoming a Zebra company, as our core mission is solving societal challenges. This ambitious team is committed to continuous growth
and increasing our market presence.
Furthermore, our company will address challenges to enhance Japan's competitiveness in the international community.
Leveraging Japan's current yen depreciation and strengths like high-quality services, increasing the number of highly skilled personnel with strong language abilities and individuals capable of thriving internationally
will be a crucial step in shaping Japan's future. We will focus our efforts on education and human resource development to fulfill this mission.
However, not all companies are in a position to immediately invest in talent development.
Therefore, we plan to establish a support system that packages subsidies with language and human resource education for businesses.
We expect this will lower the barriers to introducing education and enable the cultivation of more talent capable of thriving on the global stage.
We don't intend to stop at merely providing a learning platform. Believing in the potential of online education,
we aim to connect with the world beyond nationality, cultural background, and location, solving various problems "from Japan to the world, and from the world to Japan."
